Heather Hills involvement and interest in the arts dates back
to the 1980s, beginning with pencil drawings of her children and
          her
surroundings. Over the years she has attended many courses and workshops
and has developed her own techniques and style. She loves working in
          pencil and watercolour.

Heather is now working in Encaustic. The challenge of working with molten
wax is very exciting. She works with encaustic art wax block colours
on watercolour paper or masonite board. Her works are vibrant and wonderful
to view. Heathers work has been shown in a number of Galleries
and is spread all over the world in private collections.

She now resides in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada with her husband
and three children and is an Active Member of the Federation of Canadian
        Artists.
