Poster: encaustic collection  (see this users gallery)

one of a set of twelve images created for a greetings card range at the start of the 1990's. the printed reproduction cards were all A5 images (148 x 210mm). this "peaceful reflection" was created by making the sky using the finger rubbing method. The landscape was then added with the iron . A lake was created in a white card space under the mountains again using the finger rubbing approach. the stones were added with the tissue technique. finally the details of flowers and so on were added with the the low heat stylus tool.
