keep your eye-on the iron as you work into abstract images. it is a metal base, & as such creates hard types of mark. sometimes something just stands out, it catches your eye, it offers an opportunity, perhaps to explore a particular mark or form, perhaps to focus a piece on a specific area. the one above is just a joke about iiii'z but the forms are very distinct & sharp.
