encaustic collection Registered: September 2006 Location: Wales, UK based Posts: 96	the very pale background sky was created first of all, using the finger rubbing method. the pine trees were added with the tip of the iron . then the low heat stylus tool was used, employing both the drawing tip and brush head ends. the original kestrel image was found in a reference book and adapted to suit this piece of work.
