one of a set of twelve images created for a greetings card range at the start of the 1990's. the printed reproduction cards were all A5 images (148 x 210mm). this one embodies the subject of "poppies" & proved very popular in England. the sky created using the drag through method on the hotplate. whilst still molten the coating of wax was then blown using a hot air gun, making a smoother form . The landscape was made with the iron . the flower details & dragon flies were then added with the the low heat stylus tool to complete the image.
