If you have had problems with the PROTX payment and want to send us your credit card details safely and through secure encryption then buy this product (you will not actually be charged). On the third page of the checkout under GENERAL INFORMATION "Short comment or message" insert the reference Order number for the order that the payment failed for (just the last 4 digits is enough). Then below under the PAYMENT METHOD select "Manual Card processing OR if Protx fails"
When you click Next (at the bottom) you will go to the page which will then enable you to enter your card details safely, without any money being taken. We will then have the opportunity to process your card details manually here in the UK for your previous order. We will ignore the money shown for this item and its postage (£1.01).
